Stavros Rooms & Apartments – the perfect place for a relaxing holiday away from large hotels and resorts on the Greek Mediterranean! They are located in the resort town of Nea Kalikratia, situated on the main Halkidiki peninsula and the closest seaside resort to Thessaloniki (about 35 km away).
It is one of the largest resorts in Halkidiki and offers all the conveniences of a larger town – from supermarkets with groceries to clothing and souvenir shops, as well as numerous taverns and bars.
Stavros Rooms & Apartments offer comfortable, fully equipped rooms and apartments just 200 meters from the sea. The beach is long with crystal-clear water, awarded the prestigious Blue Flag.
All units feature balconies, air conditioning, televisions, Wi-Fi, refrigerators, and a bathroom with a toilet. Each floor also has a kitchenette for shared use by guests.

TERMS OF RESERVATION AND PAYMENT DEADLINES:
- Reservations are confirmed upon payment of a 50% advance of the total reservation amount within 3 calendar days after the booking request is confirmed (please send your payment receipt to booking@srtrade.ap.marketing). If payment is not made, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
- The remaining 50% of the total amount must be paid up to 21 calendar days before the check-in date, by sending your payment receipt to booking@srtrade.ap.marketing. If the remaining payment is not received, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and a penalty equal to the paid advance of 50% will be retained.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND PENALTIES:
- A confirmed reservation can be canceled without penalty up to 21 calendar days before the check-in date.
- If the advance payment is not received within 3 calendar days after the booking confirmation, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
- If a confirmed reservation is canceled less than 21 calendar days before the check-in date, a penalty equal to the full reservation amount will be retained.
- For reservations under the “Non-refundable” rate (payment upfront) with a 12% discount, the penalty will be the full amount paid for the reservation.
- No-shows on the day of arrival will not be accommodated, and a penalty equal to the full reservation amount will be retained.
- In case of early departure or shortening of the stay by all or part of the guests, no refunds will be issued.
PAYMENT METHODS:
- Bank transfer to the company’s bank account. The payment date is considered the date when the amount is credited to the company’s bank account or the date of the payment receipt sent to booking@srtrade.ap.marketing. All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the client. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 14 days from the date of cancellation to the bank account provided by the client.
- Credit or debit card payments via the website’s virtual terminal or payment link.
- If payment is made by bank card, refunds are processed through a reversal to the card used for the payment within 14 days.
- All invoices are issued in BGN according to the official BNB exchange rate.
