Booking, Cancellation, and Payment Terms

• Reservations are confirmed upon payment of a 50% advance of the total reservation amount within 3 calendar days after the booking request is confirmed. Please send your payment receipt to booking@srtrade.ap.marketing.If the advance payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
• The remaining 50% of the total amount must be paid no later than 21 calendar days before the check-in date.
