Villa Description

Each villa is an independent single-storey cottage, oriented south towards the sea, with a cosy atmosphere and carefully selected amenities. Available in two configurations — with two or three bedrooms, suitable for families and groups of friends.

Prices

BOOKING CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT DEADLINES:

• Reservations are confirmed upon payment of a 50% deposit of the total booking value within 2 calendar days of booking confirmation (please send your payment confirmation to booking@bookvilla.eu). If payment is not received, the reservation is automatically cancelled.
• The remaining 50% of the total amount is due no later than 21 calendar days before the check-in date. Please send your payment confirmation to booking@bookvilla.eu. If the balance is not received, the reservation is automatically cancelled and the 50% deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND PENALTIES:

• A confirmed reservation may be cancelled free of charge up to 21 calendar days before the check-in date.
• If the advance payment is not received within 2 calendar days of booking confirmation, the reservation is automatically cancelled.
• If a confirmed reservation is cancelled less than 21 calendar days before the check-in date, a cancellation fee equal to the full value of the booking will be charged.
• For bookings made at a Non-refundable rate (paid in full immediately) with a 10% discount, the full amount paid is non-refundable.
• In the event of a no-show on the check-in date, the reservation will not be held and the full booking amount will be forfeited.
• In the case of early departure or a shortened stay by all or some guests — no refunds will be issued.

PAYMENT METHODS:

• Bank transfer to the company’s bank account. The payment date is considered to be the date on which the due amount is credited to the company’s account, or the date on the payment confirmation sent to booking@bookvilla.eu. All bank transfer fees are at the client’s expense. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation date to the bank account provided by the client.
• Credit or debit card via virtual terminal on the website or payment link.
• When payment is made by card, refunds will be issued via a reversal to the same card within 14 days.
• All invoices are issued in EUR and BGN at the fixed BNB exchange rate.
