Welcome to Renaissance Village!
Renaissance Village is located in the villa zone of Nea Kallikratia, Halkidiki. The area is quiet, with private luxury houses, above Geoponika Beach – a beach that is especially suitable for small children, shallow with a long sandy coastline, no stones, and many beach bars and restaurants. The distance from the villa to the beach is no more than 200 meters, accessible via a pedestrian path between the villas. The distance from Sofia to Nea Kallikratia is about 4 hours by car (approximately 340 km).
Renaissance Village is an elegant building consisting of 3 smaller villas with separate private entrances. The entire property (villa) can be rented by one large group of 18–20 people, or you may choose an individual private villa with capacity for up to 6+1 people. In the courtyard, there is a shared outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and a relaxation area, while each villa has its own private BBQ with a dining table and free private parking space.
The interior design is luxurious, and each villa has spacious, comfortable terraces with views of the garden and the sea. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, large beds, wardrobes, and Wi-Fi internet. Each villa has separate entrances – one from the pool side and another from the BBQ area.
Guests have access to three bedrooms: two located on the second floor and the third on the third floor. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, lounge, and a kitchen with a dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, and tableware for cooking and serving meals. Each villa has two bathrooms, including a handheld shower and a separate toilet. For the guests’ comfort, there is a hairdryer, toiletries, and bath towels. All accommodation units are provided with bed linen and towels.
From the terrace in front of the living room, you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of white wine in hand, fully relaxing with us.
Close to the villa, there is an excellent Greek restaurant right on the beach, where you can dine during your holiday or order takeaway food.
Vergias Beach is 1.5 km from Renaissance Village, while the Anthropological Museum and Petralona Cave are 13 km away. Thessaloniki Airport is 30 km away.

RESERVATION TERMS AND PAYMENT DEADLINES:
Reservations are confirmed upon payment of a 50% deposit of the total booking amount within 3 calendar days after the reservation request has been confirmed (please send your payment receipt to booking@srtrade.ap.marketing). If payment is not received, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
The remaining 50% of the total amount must be paid no later than 21 calendar days before the check-in date, by sending your payment receipt to booking@srtrade.ap.marketing. Failure to pay the remaining amount will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation, retaining a penalty equal to the 50% deposit already paid.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND PENALTIES:
- A confirmed reservation can be canceled without penalty up to 21 calendar days before the check-in date.
- If the deposit is not received within 3 calendar days after confirmation of the reservation request, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
- If a confirmed reservation is canceled less than 21 calendar days before the check-in date, a penalty equal to the full booking amount will be retained.
- For reservations made under the “Non-refundable” rate (full immediate payment) with a 5% discount, a penalty equal to the full amount paid will be retained.
- If guests do not show up on the check-in day, the reservation will not be held and a penalty equal to the full booking amount will be retained.
- In case of early departure or shortening of the stay by all or part of the guests, no refunds will be issued.
PAYMENT METHODS:
- By bank transfer to the company’s account. The payment date is considered to be the date when the amount is credited to the company’s bank account or the date of the payment receipt sent to booking@srtrade.ap.marketing. All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the client. Refunds, if due from the company, will be made within 14 days from the cancellation date to the bank account specified by the client.
- By credit or debit card via the website’s virtual terminal or payment link.
- If payment is made by card, refunds will be processed as a reversal to the same card within 14 days.
- All invoices are issued in Bulgarian Lev (BGN) according to the BNB exchange rate.
