Coming in April, for your complete enjoyment, our special surprise – brand new professional jacuzzis at Villa Maria: in the two-bedroom apartment and in both one-bedroom apartments on the ground floor, which also feature a private yard and a children’s playground.
By May 15th, 2025, our Penthouse apartment at Kappa Rooms Boutique Hotel will be upgraded with a six-person jacuzzi offering an incredible sea view. For even greater comfort of our guests, we have also ordered comfortable wooden sun loungers for our spacious terrace.
Coming in May, a private BBQ on the huge terrace of our two-bedroom apartment at Villa Maria.
