Payment method

Payment methods for reservations:

• By bank transfer to the company’s bank account. The payment date is considered the date on which the company’s bank account is credited with the due amount, or the date of the payment order sent to booking@srtrade.ap.marketing. All expenses related to the bank transfer are at the client’s expense. Refunds, when due from the company, are made within 14 days from the cancellation date to a bank account specified by the client.
• By credit or debit card through a virtual terminal on the website or via a payment link.

When the payment is made by bank card, refunds are processed through a reverse transaction to the card used for the payment within 14 days.

• All invoices are issued in BGN according to the fixed exchange rate of the Bulgarian National Bank.
