Welcome to our luxury two-bedroom apartment in Villa Idiliko!
Villa Idiliko is located in the villa zone between Nea Kallikratia and Veria, Halkidiki. The area is quiet, with private luxury houses, above Geoponika Beach — a beach especially suitable for small children, shallow with a long sandy shoreline and many restaurants. The beach offers both a paid area with umbrellas and sunbeds at the beach bars, as well as a free area for visitors.
The distance from Sofia to Nea Kallikratia is about 4 hours by car, or approximately 340 km.
Villa Idiliko is an elegant building, with a ground-floor air-conditioned two-bedroom apartment for up to 5 people. Guests have at their disposal two bedrooms, a living room with comfortable furniture and a large TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for preparing and serving food. It includes a dining table for six, a large refrigerator, oven with stovetop, microwave, electric kettle, and a drip coffee machine. The apartment has one bathroom with toilet and a washing machine available free of charge during the stay.
The garden is spacious, full of flowers and green shrubs, and is available for our guests. It includes a gazebo, stone barbecue with a covered dining area, and free private parking.
The apartment is stocked with hotel amenities and towels.
The Anthropological Museum and Petralona Cave are 13 km away. Thessaloniki Airport is located 30 km away.

Villa Idiliko offers two comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, and a spacious living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and kitchen utensils, while outside you will find a barbecue for pleasant evenings outdoors.
The interior is air-conditioned and soundproofed for maximum comfort. Guests have access to a washing machine, flat-screen TV, and a private entrance. The property also offers a beautiful view of the garden.

RESERVATION TERMS AND PAYMENT DEADLINES:
- Reservations are confirmed upon payment of a deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount within 3 calendar days after confirmation of the booking request (please send your payment slip to booking@srtrade.ap.marketing). If payment is not received, the reservation is automatically canceled.
- The remaining 50% of the total amount must be paid no later than 21 calendar days before the check-in date, with the payment slip sent to booking@srtrade.ap.marketing. If the payment is not made, the reservation is automatically canceled, and a penalty equal to the paid 50% deposit will be withheld.
CANCELLATION TERMS AND PENALTIES:
- A confirmed reservation may be canceled without penalty up to 21 calendar days before the check-in date.
- If the advance payment is not received within 3 calendar days after confirmation of the booking request, the reservation is automatically canceled.
- For cancellations of confirmed reservations made less than 21 calendar days before the check-in date, a penalty equal to the full reservation amount will be withheld.
- For reservations made at a “Non-refundable” rate (immediate payment required) with an applied 10% discount, a penalty equal to the full prepaid amount will be withheld.
- In case of no-show on the check-in date, the reservation will not be held, and a penalty equal to the full reservation amount will be withheld.
- In case of early departure or shortened stay of all or part of the guests under the reservation, no refunds will be issued.
PAYMENT METHODS FOR RESERVATIONS:
- By bank transfer to the company’s bank account. The payment date is considered the date on which the company’s bank account is credited with the due amount, or the date of the payment slip sent to booking@srtrade.ap.marketing. All bank transfer fees are borne by the client. Refunds due by the company will be processed within 14 days from the cancellation date to the client’s specified bank account.
- By credit or debit card via the website’s virtual POS terminal or payment link.
- If payment was made by bank card, refunds will be issued through a reverse transaction to the same card used for payment, within 14 days.
- All invoices are issued in BGN according to the official exchange rate of the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB).
