Security Deposit

SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES

A deposit is required when renting our villas in Greece. For stays in our hotels or apartments in Greece, no deposit is required; however, guests are fully responsible for their actions and for any damages caused in our hotel rooms or apartments. The general terms and conditions apply to all our properties, and the smoking ban in rooms, apartments, and common areas is valid everywhere, in line with European Union regulations.

The properties of BG Hotel Management Ltd. and Hotel Management GR have been created and are maintained with great care and individual design, so that our guests can enjoy comfort, luxury, and a sense of uniqueness. Any damages or losses during the rental period are the responsibility of the guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of our villas. Therefore, upon check-in, we require a refundable deposit, the amount of which varies depending on the villa, the number of guests, and the purpose of the rental. Information regarding the deposit amount will be provided at the time of booking.

In the event of damages, losses, or smoking inside the villa during the rental period, the owner reserves the right to request that the guests and their accompanying persons vacate the villa immediately, without compensation or refund of the paid deposit.

Upon check-in at our villas, the deposit must be paid in cash against a deposit receipt. The deposit is refunded to guests after an inspection of the villa at check-out, provided there are no damages and no smoking has occurred inside the property.
