Cancellation and Refund Policy

• A confirmed reservation can be canceled without penalty up to 21 calendar days before the check-in date.
  
• If the advance payment is not received within 3 calendar days after the reservation request is confirmed, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
  
• For cancellations of a confirmed reservation less than 21 calendar days before the check-in date, a penalty equal to the full amount of the reservation will be retained.
  
• For reservations booked at a “Non-refundable” rate (immediate payment) with a 12% discount, a penalty equal to the full amount paid will be retained.
  
• In case of no-show on the day of arrival, the reservation will not be held, and a penalty equal to the full amount of the reservation will be applied.
  
• In case of early departure or shortening of the stay by any or all guests, no refunds will be issued.
