Kappa Rooms Boutique Hotel offers luxury, tranquility, and excellent service to its guests. The hotel features double rooms, family apartments with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and one two-bedroom penthouse apartment. All rooms are modernly furnished and equipped with the following amenities:

DOUBLE ROOM: Approximate size 18 sq.m. The rooms include one double bed and a sofa bed, bathroom with toilet and shower cabin, wardrobe, safe, mini fridge, digital TV, Wi-Fi, coffee machine with a welcome drinks package upon arrival, air conditioning, balcony with a table, two chairs, and a drying rack, as well as automatic external shutters on all windows.

Maximum occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children.

FAMILY APARTMENT: Approximate size 42 sq.m. The apartments feature two bedrooms, each furnished with one double bed and a sofa bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet and shower cabin, wardrobe, safe, mini fridge, digital TV, Wi-Fi, coffee machine with a welcome drinks package upon arrival, air conditioning, balcony with a table, two chairs, and a drying rack, as well as automatic external shutters on all windows.

Maximum occupancy: 6 adults or 4 adults + 3 children.

PENTHOUSE TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENT: Approximate size 70 sq.m. The apartment features a living room, lounge area, two air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower cabin, and a large panoramic terrace with sea view and a barbecue area with dining space. The lounge includes a kitchenette fully equipped for meal preparation (oven with ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee machine). Additional amenities include a welcome drinks package upon arrival, digital TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, safe, washing machine, drying rack, automatic external shutters on all windows, dining table, and a comfortable relaxation area with soft seating.

The bedrooms each have a double bed and a wardrobe, with one of them also including an additional single bed. The terrace, approximately 70 sq.m., offers an amazing view of the sea and the whole of Nea Kallikratia, with a private BBQ, covered dining area, sunbeds and a jacuzzi.

The main restaurant and the outdoor summer garden have a total capacity of 40 seats. The restaurant offers its guests a buffet breakfast, served from 08:00 to 10:00 until 30.09.2025.

The announced prices are on RO basis (room only) – WITHOUT BREAKFAST!!

The lobby bar is open from 10:00 to 20:00, offering cold and hot drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, juices, beer, sandwiches, nuts, cakes, and ice cream.
