At Bookvilla.eu, we own a luxury hotel, dozens of apartments, and boutique villas in Nea Kallikratia. All of them are in new buildings, furnished with great care, love, and attention to detail. Each room, apartment, and villa has its own vision and uniqueness, with the goal of making our guests feel comfortable and cozy during their stay.
We put our full dedication into continuously improving the services we offer, and we do it with heart and soul. Our Greek properties are open from spring to autumn, allowing you to enjoy the pristine Greek beaches awarded with the “Blue Flag,” the crystal-clear sea, and the fresh mountain air of the Halkidiki peninsula, depending on the season.

The room was clean and big with more than enough space for 2 people and a very large balcony. The beach and the localities were only a few minutes away. The receptionist and the owners were more than welcoming, very friendly and kind. We had a very good time there. We will visit again.

Best place ever for holiday. Excellent service, rooms and very kind and friendly host. We had very good experience there and we will come back again. We recommend it to everyone. It is perfect for big familys but also for couples. The penthouse, where we stayed is just wonderful!!!
