RESERVATION TERMS AND PAYMENT DEADLINES:
- Reservations are confirmed upon payment of an advance deposit of 50% of the total booking amount within 3 calendar days after receiving confirmation of the booking request (please send your payment slip to booking@srtrade.ap.marketing). If payment is not received, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
- The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 21 calendar days before the check-in date. Please send your payment slip to booking@srtrade.ap.marketing. If the balance is not received, the reservation will be automatically canceled and the advance payment of 50% will be retained as a penalty.
CANCELLATION TERMS AND PENALTIES:
- A confirmed reservation may be canceled without penalty up to 21 calendar days before the check-in date.
- If the advance payment is not received within 3 calendar days after confirmation of the booking request, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
- For cancellations made less than 21 calendar days before the check-in date, a penalty equal to the full reservation amount will be retained.
- For bookings made under a “Non-refundable” rate (immediate payment) with a 12% discount, the entire amount paid will be retained as a penalty.
- In case of no-show on the check-in date, the reservation will not be held and the full reservation amount will be retained as a penalty.
- In case of early departure or shortening of the stay by all or some of the guests, no refunds will be issued.
PAYMENT METHODS:
- By bank transfer to the company’s bank account. The payment date is considered the date on which the company’s account is credited with the due amount, or the date of the payment slip sent to booking@srtrade.ap.marketing. All bank transfer fees are borne by the client. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days of cancellation to the client’s specified bank account.
- By credit or debit card via the website’s virtual terminal or payment link.
- When payment is made by bank card, refunds will be processed by reversing the transaction to the card used for payment within 14 days.
- All invoices are issued in BGN according to the official exchange rate of the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB).
