Dear guests, we would like to introduce you to the rules of our properties. They are designed to ensure your safety and a comfortable stay. During your visit, please take care of the environment, use water and electricity responsibly, and treat the garden as you would your own. Please keep the house, apartment, or hotel room clean, just as you do at home. Kindly take care of the furniture and appliances in our properties during your stay – they are yours to enjoy.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the indoor areas of our properties. This includes hookahs, cigars, cigarettes, vapes, and any other smoking devices, whether homemade or factory-produced. For your convenience, ashtrays are provided on all terraces and in all outdoor common areas.

Illegal or immoral activities – gambling, prostitution, drug use, possession or use of pyrotechnics, possession or use of firearms and other weapons – are strictly prohibited!

Upon departure from the villa, you are required to leave it in the condition in which you found it upon check-in. Guests of the villa bear material (financial) responsibility for any damaged and/or lost property. Any damages and/or missing items belonging to the house must be paid for upon departure. When leaving any of our apartments or hotel rooms, please leave them in a state that allows our housekeepers to quickly clean and prepare the space, so that the next guests can enjoy their stay just as you did.

The rental price includes accommodation in our villas, apartments, and hotels. In case of parties, weddings, or other noisy events, as well as visits from external people not included in the booking, prices are subject to prior arrangement. If a villa is used for such events without prior notice, or if this is not specified in the reservation, or if the number of guests in the property does not match the booking, the deposit will be withheld.

Enjoy the comfort and coziness of the relaxation area in our villas, but please follow the basic rules below:

Shower before using the jacuzzi.

Smoking in the jacuzzi and Relax Zone is not allowed.

The use of towels in the sauna and on the sun loungers is mandatory. We have provided them for you.

Please do not use slippers in the sauna – this concerns your hygiene and health.

Please do not bring food and drinks into the Relax Zone.

Pets are not allowed in the villa.
