Non-Refundable Reservations

These are reservations for which full payment of the entire booking amount must be made immediately.

A mandatory discount of -12% applies, and this discount can be combined with other offers valid at the time of booking and payment.

Cancellations or changes to Non-refundable reservations are not accepted. Such reservations cannot be canceled, the dates cannot be changed, and the room type, guest names, or number of guests cannot be modified.

A penalty equal to the full stay amount will be retained for these reservations.
